"INDY", short for Independence, is a very special and lucky girl who just got sprung from the big house two days before the 4th of July! She was literally knockin' on heavens door, as this sweet, young weimaraner-mix female would have been put down sometime within the next few days.

Fortunately, Rebecca received word of her pending peril -- She has been saved from the Orange County Animal Care Facility and has arrived in Arizona. She is available for adoption!

OTHER DETAILS:

Age: Approximately 5 months

Size: Small -- Medium when fully grown

Breed: Weimaraner/Pit Mix

Disposition: VERY Sweet
She is all puppy and likes to play and chew on her toys. She a little cuddler when she is all tuckered out!

She follows Rebecca everywhere she goes and seems to love life! She just needs puppy classes and a permanent loving home.

Indy will be terrific with children (10 and up) and gets along very well with the other dogs!

We are not certain about her potential interaction with cats. She is young enough that she can likely be taught to get along with the felines.

She is crate trained and partially house broken. She loves to go for rides in the car!

If you are at all tentative about Indy because she appears to have pit bull in her blood, we recommend that you still take the incentive to meet her. She is truly a sweet heart and will clearly be a loving and loyal companion to her new family!
