SCREENING PROCESS:
In order to be considered as a potential adopter of our dogs, please complete the adoption form below. A home visit is required before dogs are placed. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee and a $375 adoption fee. The adoption fee includes the following veterinarian fees: neutering or spaying of dog, implanting microchip for identification, administering vaccinations, and testing for valley fever, heartworm, and other conditions.
The completed application must be submitted with the $25 application fee via PayPal (link at bottom of page), or you may submit the application and fee by mail to the following address:
